By using BLINDRANK at blindranks.com (“the game”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.

The game is free & provided “as is”

BLINDRANK is offered free of charge for entertainment. It is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice.

Acceptable use

When using the game, you agree not to:

• Enter display names or content that are offensive, hateful, harassing, illegal, or that impersonate others. Display names are visible to other players in your lobby.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, attack, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the game or its server.
• Use automated means to abuse the service or interfere with others' play.

We may remove content, end sessions, or block access at our discretion to keep the game working and reasonable.

Content & intellectual property

Subjects, names, and images are sourced live from Wikimedia Commons and Wikipedia. Those images remain the property of their respective authors and are used under their free/Creative Commons licenses, with author and license credited within the game. The BLINDRANK name, design, and original code are the property of the operator.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the game, or from any third-party content displayed within it. Your sole remedy if you're unhappy with the game is to stop using it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
